About Lucy Blackmore

Lucy Blackmore is inspired by the environment around us. She strongly believes that making and producing art work begins with time to ourselves and in nature. A day in the sea is just as important as the time with a brush in her hand. Lucy enjoy connecting emotion to colour and having trained in art psychotherapy she wants to feel something strongly, particularly when painting. Lucy Blackmore aims to provide escapism. She often paints or makes little places she’d like to be, secluded and peaceful.
