Eliza studied at the University of St Andrews and Edinburgh College of Art, before moving to London to work for Phillips Auctioneers and Hauser & Wirth. She now lives in Edinburgh where she does freelance writing and marketing consultancy.

Originally from America, Eliza moved to England when she was in her teens. She studied at the University of St Andrews and Edinburgh College of Art, before moving to London to work for Phillips Auctioneers and Hauser & Wirth. While London was a wonderful place to learn about the art market and start a career, she missed the wide-open spaces and access to nature in Scotland. She has now moved back to Edinburgh where she does freelance writing and marketing consultancy. When not working, she can usually be found in the garden, up a mountain or camping by a loch.
